Filing a DMCA Notice#

Please include the following information in your notice:

• Your full name and contact information.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

Response#

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, I will review the request and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as soon as reasonably possible.

If necessary, I may contact you for additional information before taking action.

Counter Notification#

If you believe that content you own was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under applicable copyright law.

If a valid counter-notification is received, the removed material may be restored unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings within the applicable time period.

False Claims#

Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure that you own the rights to the material or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner before submitting a notice.
